Confirming your appointment
We will send you a courtesy reminder via SMS or Email 48hrs prior to your appointment.
When should you arrive?
Please feel free to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Our staff will be happy to utilize this time by settling you in comfortably before your appointment.
What if you are late?
Please call and let us know. We all know all about the Perth traffic!
Whatever the circumstances please be aware that the service you require has been reserved especially for you, therefore, please understand that if you are late, it will encroach on the time we have to spend with you in order for us to avoid delays with other scheduled clients.
What if we are late?
We try our very best not to keep you waiting, thus we have changed our salon time schedule to allow more time for each of our clients. Occasionally time constraints will occur. In this event, we will contact you letting you know of any delays, so please make sure we have your current mobile phone number. If you do not own a mobile phone and would like to contact us to ensure no time delays, we also welcome this.
Our Cancellation Policy
Please kindly provide us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Re-scheduling of appointments is subject to availability.
Consistent cancellations (more than 2 times) with less than 24 hours notice, can incur a 50% cancellation fee.
A full cancellation fee will be imposed for no shows or clients who make no effort to contact us or return our phone calls.
Deposits may be required for extra long appointments i.e. Straightening, Keratin Treatments, Colour Corrections - 50 % deposit is required when ordering hair extensions.
Children are welcome, however please be mindful of our other clients. Children remain your responsibility at all times (Hairdressing salons can be a dangerous place for unattended children).
